Creative Writing for Mental Health ($39)
In this workshop, participants will explore their emotions and experiences through creative writing. By reflecting on thoughts & feelings, participants will develop a deeper understanding of their own mental health and emotional intelligence. Participants will learn how creative writing can be utilized as a powerful tool for self-expression and self-discovery. When afraid use our voice, using writing prompts, including journaling, imagination and magical realism, individuals will explore their emotions and thoughts in a safe and expressive way. A powerful tool for reflection & personal growth.
Maia Akiva is a professional speaker, trauma-informed trainer, performer, and a writer. Her unique approach encourages audiences to embrace their relationships with their emotions and feelings as a path to a better Mental Health, success, happiness, freedom and fulfillment.
