Featured Reader & Open Mic: Eisha Mason
Eisha Mason is a Baltimore-born, Los Angeles-based writer. As an African American poet, spiritual therapist, activist and teacher, her writing aims to heal, love and create beauty while confronting injustice. Her work explores the relationship between the personal and the communal, spiritual and political evolution. “Through writing, I find my way out of personal trauma and remain true to my soul. Writing deepens my connection with myself, humanity and Spirit.” Eisha's first book of poetry, Red Door, was published in February, 2023 by World Stage Press.
